This package also includes a dedicated weekly video call, allowing for deeper, focused discussions on your people strategy and ongoing challenges. For example, organisational design, talent attraction, leadership development and much more.

With this approach, you’ll have the confidence and support to handle any people situation with ease knowing I'm at the other end of the phone, for a fraction of the price of a full time senior People Director.

I will also share with you any required frameworks, policy documents, and communication templates that will help you implement my advice.

Mentoring

Many of my mentees are driven people professionals building a career in a growing and demanding business where they are often the solo HR professional in the organisation, There's typically no one else within the People function (many report to CEO or COO)  to learn from, bounce ideas around with, or to reach out to, with those difficult questions on a scenario you may not have encountered before. I am here to support you along the way in your day to day job as well as advise on longer term projects.

As well as practical support, I love to focus on how you can become the strategic partner to your C-suite by growing your skillset and encouraging you to be one step ahead of your business needs.

This service involves a regular weekly session tailored to your pace and priorities. You can discuss what's happened that week or up-coming challenges in the week ahead, or we can work on some of those longer term projects you need guidance on.

As well as offering my own advice from 20 years in the people space, I’ll recommend resources and reading to expand your knowledge, and share practical documents and frameworks I've used over the years.

Board Advisor

It's not always possible or relevant to have a senior people leader in your company board meetings, however I'm a firm believer that your people strategy (from hiring all the way through to performance and engagement) should be informed by the wider commercial strategy. As commercial decisions are made at this level they cascade down to your teams and can often impact in ways a board or management team hadn't predicted. By using me as a board advisor you're bringing a 'people lens' to your board meetings and you can feel confident that you have avoided any pitfalls before they occur.

I have experience in both operational and investor board meetings, I am commercially astute, with experience of working with a number of start-ups. I will always provide honest advice with the priority consideration being, what's best for the success of your company.
